Decide to Act

One of the most powerful things that you can do if you want change is to take action.  Doing nothing achieves nothing.  Keep things the same means you will get the same.

If you want something to change then you will have to take action to make it change.

The good news is that by being here, by reading this, you know that you do want things to change and you are willing to make it happen.  Reading this is your first step to taking action.

Different actions will lead to different results.  So, you need to decide whether you are going to push yourself or carry on as you are.  By not making a decision to take action, you are deciding that things should stay as they are, and you will get the same results as you are now.  If you want change, decide it and take action.

You can decide what type of friend you want to be, what type of son/daughter you want to be, how hard to study, whether to take up a new hobby, what you want to do in the future, whether to eat and drink healthily, how to treat others, to read more, to learn something new, to focus on your talent every day, to use the techniques on here, to take a few minutes every day and enjoy the moment, and so on.

Once you have made that decision, you need to commit to take action.  That is what will stand you out from the rest, who quit and carry on as they were.  That’s what will make things change for you.

Over the next few days, decide one thing that you would like to change in your life.  Write it down, put it on your phone or make a note of it on your tablet.  It doesn’t matter how you record your decision, but make sure that it is somewhere and then commit to make it happen every day.  That’s when you will see real changes in your life.
