When times are difficult, we search for a breakthrough – something to make life better, so we can not just survive, but thrive. A breakthrough changes the course of your life going forward and ensures that things will never be the same for you again.
To have a breakthrough requires bravery, authenticity and the acknowledgement that you want things to change for the better.
I reached my first breakthrough point when I was 16. For my teenage years before this, I had depression and an eating disorder. It may sound dramatic, but I woke up one day knowing that I could no longer go on in this way. I had reached my low point and I made the decision to change myself and my situation. I had to take ownership and understand that I was the only one who could make those changes.
Since then, I have had many other breakthroughs from a range of challenging situations. With each breakthrough, I have discovered more about myself and grown stronger and happier.
From my life experiences, learnt skills and applied knowledge, I have created the unique Breakthrough System, so that you can have real change.
